How it works

“Merge fields” lets you use responder generated information in:

  • a Block prompt
  • submission buttons
  • media backgrounds
  • email actions

Step 1 - Merge into the Block prompt

1. Type [ to open the Merge Fields Selector in the Block prompt. Don’t worry—the bracket will disappear once you’ve selected a Block.

2. Select the Formli from which you’d like to gather information. The current Formli will be listed first.

3. Select the desired Block

4. Press Save Changes

You’ll see the “merge field” code, and responders will see the relevant information from other Blocks.
